a. Scope of License

Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms (including this EULA).

b. License Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Licensor or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Application.
• Use the Application for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited by these Terms.

c. Objectionable Content and User Conduct

Restockd maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to use the Service or Application to send, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. You further agree not to engage in any behavior that is abusive, harassing, or harmful towards other users or Restockd staff.

d. Content Moderation and Enforcement

Restockd reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor content submitted by users and to remove any content or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, specifically including Section 10.c, at its sole discretion and without notice. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license to use the Application and suspension or deletion of your account.

e. Intellectual Property

The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor.

f. Updates

Licensor may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Application, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates"). Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the Application. You agree that Licensor has no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the Application to you.

g. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Licensor may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this EULA with or without prior notice. This EULA will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Licensor, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device. Termination of this EULA will not limit any of Licensor's rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this EULA) of any of your obligations under the present EULA.
